I am an experienced and qualified therapist. I ran my busy HypnotherapyWORKS Therapy Practice on the South East coast of England in the picturesque county of Kent - within easy reach of London, the South East and mainland Europe. Now I am based permanently in South Eastern Spain.
I am a Full Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
HypnotherapyWORKS is a solution focused therapy, coaching and training practice. We specialise in the effective, safe and natural treatment of anxiety, stress, and trauma, lack of confidence and also resolving problem habits and phobias using the best of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Applied Clinical Hypnotherapy.

I studied at the renowned London College of Clinical Hypnosis and gained first a Certificate, and then a Diploma in Applied Clinical Hypnosis. The College also provides introductory courses in Applied Clinical Hypnotherapy to selected NHS Medical Schools.

As a Full Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, I am governed by, and work within, the Association's Code of Practice. As part of my Continuing Professional Development throughout the year I regularly attend lectures and master classes to keep my skills up to date, meet colleagues, friends and share our learning.

NLP(Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is, in its simplest form 'the study of excellence'. It is drawn form an eclectic range of therapeutic techniques and methods offering a wonderful opportunity to make profound and lasting beneficial changes. I was fortunate to gain my Practitioner's certificate with Judith Lowe, of PPD Learning, who is probably one of the best NLP trainers in the UK.
